Kullanilmamis bakiye, taahhut edilmis kredi tesisi, butce tahsisati veya finansal hesabin belirlenmis lehdar tarafindan cekilmemis veya kullanilmamis kismini ifade eder. Rotatif kredi duzenlemelerinde kullanilmamis bakiye, borcalinin ihtiyac duydugunda erisebilecegi mevcut kapasiteyi temsil eder. Kredi verenler, dagitilmadan ayrilan sermayeyi telafi etmek icin kullanilmamis bakiye uzerinden taahhut ucreti tahsil edebilirler.
English Definition
An unused balance is the portion of a committed credit facility, budget allocation, or financial account that has not been drawn down or utilised by the designated beneficiary. In revolving credit arrangements, the unused balance represents available capacity that the borrower can access as needed. Lenders may charge a commitment fee on the unused balance to compensate for reserving capital that remains undeployed.
