Uygulanabilir olmayan proje, yatirim ve uygulamayi hakli kilacak yeterli ekonomik, teknik veya finansal fizibiliteyi goesteremeyen girisimdir. Proje finansmaninda uygulanabilirlik, ic verim orani, net bugunku deger ve borc servisi karsılama oranlari gibi olcutlerle degeerlendirilir. Uygulanabilir olmayan projeler, kredi verenler ve sponsorlarin kabul edilebilir riske goere duzeltilmis getiri elde edemeyecegi icin genellikle finansman saglayamazlar.
English Definition
An unviable project is an undertaking that fails to demonstrate sufficient economic, technical, or financial feasibility to justify investment and implementation. In project finance, viability is assessed through metrics such as internal rate of return, net present value, and debt service coverage ratios. Projects deemed unviable are typically unable to secure financing, as lenders and sponsors cannot achieve acceptable risk-adjusted returns.
