Enerji turevleri ve faiz orani takaslarinda pozisyon kapatma ucreti, fesih anindaki pozisyonun piyasa degerini yansitir. English Definition
An unwinding charge is a fee or penalty assessed when a party terminates or reverses a financial contract, hedging arrangement, or structured transaction before its scheduled maturity. In energy derivatives and interest rate swaps, the unwinding charge reflects the mark-to-market value of the position at the time of termination. These charges compensate the counterparty for the economic cost of replacing the terminated contract in current market conditions.
