Pesin ucret, bir kredinin, tahvil ihracinin veya diger finansal islemin kapanisinda veya baslangicinda kredi verene, duzenleme bankasina veya finansal araciya oedenen tek seferlik ucrettir. Bu ucret, finansal kurumu olusturma, kredi degerlendirmesi, dokumantasyon ve sendikasyon maliyetleri icin tazmin eder. English Definition
An upfront fee is a one-time charge paid to a lender, arranger, or financial intermediary at the closing or inception of a loan, bond issuance, or other financial transaction. This fee compensates the financial institution for the costs of origination, credit assessment, documentation, and syndication. Upfront fees are typically expressed as a percentage of the total facility amount and form part of the all-in cost of borrowing.
