Vadeli oedeme sueresi, ticari taraflar arasindaki ticari uygulama veya belirli yargi cevreleri tarafindan belirlenen, bir poliçe veya ticaret finansmani enstrumaninin oedemesi icin taninan mutat suereyi ifade eder. Uluslararasi ticaret finansmaninda vadeli oedeme suereleri genellikle ibraz veya kabul tarihinden itibaren 30 ila 180 gun arasinda degisir. Vadeli akreditifler ve vadeli policeler, ithalatciya ertelenmiis oedeme duezenlemesi saglarken ihracatcinin bankaya dayali bir oedeme yukumlulugu almasini garanti eder.
