Fon kullanimi, borclanma, hisse senedi ihraci veya diger sermaye artirma faaliyetleri yoluyla elde edilen finansal kaynaklarin ayrintili tahsisini ve dagitimini ifade eder. Proje finansmaninda bir kredi sozlesmesinin veya arz muhtirasinin fon kullanimi bolumu, insaat maliyetleri, isletme sermayesi, borc servisi rezervleri ve islem giderleri gibi gelirlerin uygulanabilecegi izin verilen amaclari belirler.
