English Definition
A generation facility in which numerous wind turbines on a defined site deliver electricity to the grid through a single interconnection point. Its bankability turns first on P50/P90 energy estimates derived from long-term wind measurement; lenders typically size debt service against the conservative P90 case while the sponsor defends equity returns on P50, and that divergence sits at the heart of DSCR calibration. The turbine supplier's availability warranty and the long-term service agreement are the two documents that most govern credit risk in the operating phase.
