Projenin günlük gelir tahsilatı ile işletme giderlerinin döndüğü, ödeme şelalesinde genellikle en üst sırada yer alan operasyonel banka hesabıdır. Proje finansmanında bu hesap, borç servisi ve rezerv hesaplarını beslemeden önce yalnızca öngörülen işletme ve bakım giderlerini karşılayacak kadar bakiye tutar; fazlası tanımlı sırayla aşağı akar. Hesabın kredi verenler lehine rehinli ve virman yetkisinin kısıtlı olması, sponsorun serbest nakde erişimini kapanış tarihinden itibaren daraltan yapısal bir denetim aracıdır.
English Definition
The operational bank account through which a project's daily revenue collection and operating disbursements flow, sitting at or near the top of the cash waterfall. In project finance it holds only enough balance to meet budgeted operating and maintenance costs before feeding debt-service and reserve accounts, with any surplus cascading down the defined order. That the account is pledged to lenders and subject to restricted transfer authority is a structural control that narrows the sponsor's access to free cash from closing onward.
